I am Jose Eric Santos Castillo, son of Alfredo Plaza Castillo and Grandson of Andres Castillo. My father said that my grandfather was a US war veteran but was not availed his rights for US citizenship or any benefits he deserved to enjoy before he died. My father tried his best to receive that rights in behalf of my grandfather, but to no avail. Maybe you could help my father to facilitate that rights in behalf of my grandfather, to all the benefits a US war veteran should enjoy so that his descendants will be given the chance or grant to avail what my grandfather had failed to receive.
