I am a female born on November 28, 1972 in Fort Wayne Indiana. I am searching for birth parents or siblings if any. I was handled as a closed adoption thru lutheran social services at 2 months of age not sure where i was initially placed prior to that. I have no info regarding my birth parents other than they were in their early 20's and a birth grandparent was canadian and that is only if the info I received is correct.
