Hyland Ancestors: a small town, Moneen, Moate, W. Meath Ireland was home to my grandfather, Joseph Hyland, born 1867 0r 1868. He came to the USA about 1890, married Catherine(Katie) Cosgrove from Ballymore W. Meath. He died in 1922 in Hartford. His brothers Michael (a Blacksmith), William and Mathew also came to the US. I wish to know more about Joseph's parents :Joseph Hyland , the maiden name of Joseph's mother, and who his sister Rose Hyland married. His sister Rose stayed in Moneen or nearby in W. Meath. They would be listed in a Catholic Church. One descendant is Mary Gienty in Rhode Island. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
