Im looking for my sister in laws birth parents. All I know is that she was born Dorothy Marie July 16,1974,she was born in Dallas Texas at the Parkland Hospital, her fathers name was I believe Robert Schaal...i know nothing about her mother....I don't know if her parents were married or not. Dorothys adopted mom won't let us have the birth certificate and I know that would help alot if we had that....but i have tried getting a 2nd birth certificate but all the places online that i have tried need both birth parents full names...and i don't have that. Dorothy was adopted my Carthel and Nancy Phipps when she was 2 i believe in Kaufman tx??? Like i said i don't know much and what i do know is what Dorothys adopted father told us and he doesn't remember much. please if you can help let me know! I would greatly appreciate it!
