 Searching for parents and place of burial, of Martha Law(Washington) b. Abt. 1820 d. Abt. 1841 in Alabama. She was the wife of George Washington b. 1821 AL/GA/VA, farmer (white man). Also searching for George's parents. Martha may be buried next to daughter Catherine Washington. Family believes Martha died in childbirth. Her husband George then married Mary Ann McEwen, daughter of Jasper Kirkham McEwen and migrated to MS with (it is believed) with the Jasper Kirkham McEwen family around 1855. Geo. Washington & first wife Martha Law left two sons, Francis Marion who married Louisa Archer in 1857 AL (then vanished) and John C. Washington (a Dixie Rebel) who married Margaret Lewellen in MS.
