Searching for Herman and Anna (Neuman) Fischer. They had three sons. The youngest son, Paul C. Fischer was born in Breslau, Germany (Silesia) in 1863 or 1864. The family is thought to have moved at some point somewhere near Dresdan. I have no knowledge of the two older brothers but have lots of information on Paul C. Fischer/Fisher.
