Birth Certificate says DOB: 02/09/1965. Adoption took place through Chenango County DSS in New York State. This is in central NY between Binghamton and Syracuse. As a baby I was called "Baby John R." According to the NYS registry my mother and father both worked in a school. They apparently were together for a short while, but both were married. They decided to return to their spouses instead of staying together. I was placed for adoption beyond the baby stage but before one year old.
