I am searching for my birth parents. I am a female and I was adopted to a family in Crystal Lake, IL I was born in Downers Grove at Good Samaritan Hospital on 07/25/1977 @ 9:30am (I think). I was adopted through Evangelical Family Services in Wheaton, IL.
