I was born in Florida, I was told, I was born in a house and the Doctors name was Dr Bryant. My adoptive mother was Rosemary Hise and my adoptive father was Donald Hise and goes by the name Rocky. He was in the highway patrol they lived in lakeland. I believe that no adoption papers were signed and My adoptive mother filled out the birth cert. that Doctor Bryant gave her.
