Mary descibed as being born in Spain c 1813 appears in the English censii from 1841 - 1891 is married to Thomas Bishop b 1807 Eastchurch Kent a baker, with children Thomas 1835, Mary 1837, Owen Poulter or Potter Dec 1839, Emma 1841, Walter 1847, John 1849, Fanny 1852, Jane 1857 (who married William Weller in Paddington in 1875) and Albert 1859 all born in the suburbs of London. The only marriage for Thomas that I can find is between him and Mary Ives on 10 Feb 1834 at Westminster, which may or may not be correct. Its always possible they could have been married overseas.
