Query Text:

I am a female born in Little Rock, AR on 3/15/1981. I would like to find my birth mother to find out more about my family medical history. I know she was young at the time, around 5'6, sandy blonde hair, and hazel or green eyes. I was adopted through Arkansas State DHS and brought to Rogers, AR when I was 3 weeks old. This is the only information I know.
