I'm looking for the birth parents for the twin girls, Rachel A. and Regina Raney, born in Johnson County, Iowa, on or around January 3, 1977. Birth mother's first name may have been Catherine. Her mother was from Portugal and was institutionalized for about 10 years for a mental disorder. The birth father, name unknown, was 18 and suffered from epilepsy.
