Looking for birth parents (or any relatives) of a Donald John Sterling born in Spring Valley, Bureau County, IL June 15, 1951. He was adopted out of Spring Valley Children's Covenant about 1953 to a couple from Winnebago County. His name was changed upon adoption. We were told his parents were Donald John and Jane Sterling. That is all we know. We don't even have a birth certificate, just a notice of birth registration. We would love to make a connection. If anyone has any information, please help. We do not necessarily want a relationship, although it would be nice. It is mostly for genealogical purposes. The attached photo is of the adoptee shortly after adoption.
