Thomas LOWE b. 1781 ENGLAND had an ocassion to write his name on his carts and the spelling of the name was incorrect so he changed his name to LAW. He was married to Martha Hague b 1788 ENGLAND. Thomas's father was WIlliam LOWE of Birking Lee Dronfield & Great Longstone, married to a SARAH b 1760 & christened @ Corringham. Thomas's son EDWARD married ELIZABETH WARD.
