Was told Siblings and I lived in Rochester, N.Y. Birth Certificate indicates My DOB as 10/14/1955. Possible "Babysitters" Surname: Krueger. Adoption finalized when I was 19 because Birth Parents could not be located. Adoptive parents: Donald & Patricia Herbert, who told me they were "taking" me to Syracuse to live, so they could help out the Kruegers with babysitting. It is very imperative that I get my Birth Family Health History For myself, since it has become a major part in my life.
