Maria died 1867 court case from newspaper she had birthed 5 children 2 by former marriage Peter Murray age 7 1861 census Anna 4, then Margaret Jane Lavallee 1859, two more Lavallee girls then her death Michel married next Sophia Genereaux in St Michaels Catholic Ch.Bellville 1869 he died25 jul 1878 called Charles Michael LaVallee. he was witness at Moses LaVallee and Adeline LaFeber marriage 24 May 1852 at St Michaels ch. probably a brother. in court papers Maria stated her sister Margaret Phillips attended her before death. in marriage record of the infant in 1861 census father is michel Lavallie and mother Maria Herin this name is crossed out and "Travin" writtin in.
