I am looking for my half brother, born November 15th, 1989. His name was changed after adoption, but it was either Michael James or Christopher James at the time of birth. Biological Parents are Jim Storey and Fran Richard. Michael was born in London, Ontario. Adopted parents and biological parents agreed that cards could be sent to him, and that pictures would be exchanged, but nothing was recieved after his first birthday. Could have possibly had developmental / learning problems as a child as a possible result of drug use during pregnancy. Born with red hair, could possibly have green/hazel/brown eyes. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
