Im looking for my half sister jacinta galvan or galban. She was born to a felicia galvan. The only records for a name and birth date I could find came up with jacinta maria galvan born march 10th 1981 but im not absolutely sure that's her. She was born in san angelo texas. Her mother felicia galvan was married to my father angel rodriguez in 1979 or 1980 and divorced him in april 1981. Felicia galvan is from ballinger texas. My father is quite certain she has been mis-informed about him due to a bad relationship between him and felicia. its possable felicia typo-graphically changed hers and jacintas last name to galban, because the only records I can find now are for galban.
