i am interested in my birth family mother or father, I was born in muskegon and the muskegon childrens home handled the adoption, i was born on 11-16-1971 i am female, my family lived in kent county (who adopted me) and we lived in comstock park, i know my mother had 7 siblings. and that she was around 16 or 17 at the time of my adoption and that she worked at one of the major hotel chains in muskegon. the last i heard one of my aunts still lived in muskegon and also they said my birth mother's grandmother spent some time in the yipsilanti state hospital. I was not adopted out till march of 72 i am not sure where or why i spent my time between being born or when my family adopted me. i do not know if i was named something else or not. as far as i know my adoption was not sealed but i have not been able to get into any records. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
