Grand-daughter, born Julie Elizabeth Murray, 4 Dec. 1977, in Baltimore Maryland. Parents took her to SC in 1978. She became a ward of the state and was living at a group home until age four. Parental rights were severed in 81 or 82. I am the adoptive parent of her two older sisters, Katherine Michelle, 9 Oct 75, and Jennifer Lynn, 5 Feb 1977. Julie was Blonde and blue-eyed, and looked very much like her sister Kate. Adoption was through the DSS-SC. The prospective adoptive couple were an accountant (Dad) and former teacher who was staying home with her 8 yr old son, i.e. 4 yrs older than Julie.
