Looking for any details of a Michael Fernandez(or s) he died with his wife(unknown) in a cholera epidemic in Herda? They were helping the local priests, and left 4 children named Andrew,Florence,Alfred and Richard. They were brought up by Jesuit priests in St Francis Orphanage, Lucknow. They were split up and Andrew (my grandfather) never knew his mother's name.They changed their surname to Ferns.
