I am searching for birth parent. I was born 9/12/1968 in Ottumwa, IA (Wapello County). I believe that my last name was Knott, as I was listed as "Baby Girl Knott" on the adoption records. I was placed through the Iowa Home Finding Association in Ottumwa, IA and was 9 months old when I was adopted. My adoptive parents were Richard and Louise Pickard in Henry County, IA.
