Birth parents of a baby boy born December 25, 1948 in Santa Ana. He was adopted by my grandparents Martha F. Walker and William N. Wanner (of Kansas) when he was 4 days old. I am his daughter. The state number on his birth certificate is 228343. I have always wanted to know about my biological background. My grandmother passed away several years ago and she told me that she did not know the biological parents' names. I would greatly appreciate any help in locating my father's birth parents.
