in search of adopted 1/2 sister born on or around Oct. 28, 1980 at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch New Jersey.At time of birth certificate read Baby Spence white female. Adopted five days after birth very private adoption handled by a Peter Efros attorney. birth record may have been altered and adoption may or may not have been recorded.Adopting parents are believed to have lived in either Red Bank or Rumson New Jersey, it is possible they were in their late 30's or 40's when you were adopted.It is believed your grandfather was a lawyer and worked with Mr. Efros.I am your 1/2 sister and would like to meet you my name is Amanda.
