Trying to locate ancestors of Eliza Goodhugh, who married John Murphy Jones in Woolrich district, England in 1870. The emigrated to NY, U.S. shortly thereafter and had 3 children: William, Elizabeth, and George. Went by "Jones." William later changed his name back to Murphy. Elizabeth married a Whitelaw in NY. Eliza Goodhugh died in 1879 in NY and is buried in The Evergreens cemetery in Brooklyn. John J. Murphy Jones is also buried there and died abt. 1908. | |||||||||||||||||||||
