I am searching for my half brother. The name he was given before adoption was SKIP KOLBINSKI. I dont know if this is how it was spelled on the birth certificate. KOLBINSKI is the biological fathers last name. Our mother (CECILLE A. KING/KEITH) gave us both up for adoption at young ages. My biological father got custody of me(ADRIENNE M. KEITH)in 1981 and years later when my half brother was born he was adopted by a family in Baldwin County, AL. I do not know the date of birth. I have no other information than this. Our mother passed away in 1991 in New York City, NY. She was also adopted and both her adoptive parents are deceased. And I have only the names of her biological parents.
