His wife's name was Sarah, maiden name unknown(b.1820, PA)._____They had six children; Phoebe Ann(b.1847 PA), Sarah Jane(b.1850 PA), Adam(b.1852 PA), Jonathan(b.1854 PA), William F.(b.1856 PA) and David A.(b.1863 MO).____The ROOP family moved from PA to MO before 1863 and appear on the 1870 census in Clay, Clark, MO.____Any information is warmly appreciated.
