Looking for anyone from birth family. I am a female that was born 06/28/1968 in Hamilton County according to my birth certificate. No hospital is listed on my birth certificate. My biological parents were in college at the time; one majoring in business and one in education. I think they both had brown hair and brown eyes. I do not know where I was actually born in Hamilton County but I do know I was adopted out of Montgomery County which is Dayton, Ohio through an adoption service agency. I was about two months old when the adoption was completed. The only other thing I know is that my biological parents named me Tammy Gail. From what I have found on the internet, my biological mother's maiden name is Sloboda. My adopted last name (maiden name) is Haworth. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
