I am searching for my neice birthname Indiah Ann Anderson. Her mother Clara May abandoned her in California and to my understanding she was adopted. She was born in December of 1986. No one has seen or heard from her since. I have been searching and searching. If anyone knows of her or where she is, I sure would appreciate it. My mother went to her grave grieving over this baby.
