I am searching for my birth parents, J. English (age 22) and Miss Schultz. I was born at the Salvation Army Booth Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles on June 26, 1967. I don't know what name I was given at birth. I was adopted at age 4 months. My mother was single and living with her mother and they could not take care of a baby.
