I'm searching for my birth mother and birth sister. I don't have a lot of information to go on. My mother's name was Barbara Tanner. Her maiden name was either Hough or Hughe. Las I heard she was in West Virginia. All I know about my sister is her first name is Arretta and she is 38 or 39 years old now. Our father's name was Billy Nathan Tanner. My other siblings names are Brenda Sue Miller and William Nathan Connett. I am Judy Lynn Miller. Brenda is the youngest. She turned 37 in April. I just turned 40 in Nov. William will be 42 in Feb.
