I am searching for my Biological mother/and or relatives. I was born on 2/2/1971 @ 6:59am @ St. Therese Hospital in Waukegan, Illinois.(Lake County). The adoption was private through an attorney out of Fox Lake, Illinois. I know my biological mother has had a son and a daughter since my birth, I also know she was the 10th child born in her family. She had just turned 16 before I was born. She would be 53, or 54 yrs old now. I do know the other 2 children she had are now over 21 yrs old. Her last name could possibly be Witt, and living in the Midwest. No Information was given on the father at all.
