Birth Parents and any siblings. I was adopted through Holy Family Adoption Services in Los Angeles California. My birth mother had named me "Rachel Ellen". DOB 8/10/1965. I was adopted at approximately 5 weeks old. Birth Mothers Last name was Bowering, Birth Fathers is Young.
