My grandmother was born Feb 6, 1928 in New Hanover County, North Carolina. Her birth family was the Justice family. She was adopted by The Black Family not from New Hanover County. I am curious about this side of my family and currently reside in New Hanover County (quite by chance). I am not looking for money or any handouts, I just would like a medical history as I have had quite a few medical problems and would like to know how to further care for myself and my mother.
