I am researching the family of John Simpson who arrived in the states in 1853, settling at Bristoe Station, Prince William County VA. He moved at some point in the 1860's (probably after the Second Battle of Manassas) to Nelson County. My Great Grandfather was Charles William Simpson (Billy) who settled on Simpson's Mountain just North of Lovingston VA. His wife was Francis (Mittie) Kidd Simpson. I am searching for any and all information on this family. Thank you.
