My name at birth was Stacy A West, and my birth mothers maiden name was Wiltse. I am searching for any birth family members. I was born on April 7, 1972 at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, California. My adoption took place through an attorney named Thomas Sneddon, who, until recently, was the DA in Santa Barbara, CA. Supposedly, my birth parents were students at UCSB when the got pregnant with me. My adoptive mother (who is from England) told me that my birth mother was from England as well and wanted me raised in a British household. Other than that, I only know my birth name,and that I was adopted at 6 weeks of age, but I am not sure where I was until I was adopted.
