I'm searching for my daughter. Jessica Heather. Adopted with two younger brothers in Sacramento, Calif. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on Sept. 17,1989. Birth father, Michael Lee Pegg, signed away parental rights after divorce when the children were takem by cps and placed in foster care. I was told only that they were all three adopted together by a wealthy christian couple who had adult children of there own, were very active in their church and community and owned their own business and flew their private plane from their home somewhere in California to here in Sacramento to meet the children.
