Janice Farkas(unsure of spelling of her name) had a baby girl on December 17th 1972 in San Diego, California at Grossmont Hospital. The doctor who delivered me was Dr Peterson(also unsure of spelling of name). She(Janice Farkas) is originally from New York and worked at Sears and Roebuck at some point while in California. Unsure if she was married or single at the time of my birth(received information that she was possibly single until the middle 80's) She is believed to have been in her 20's at time of my birth. Do not know father's information at all. Needing her medical history for existing medical problems not to mention curiosity. All help appreciated in advance. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
