I was born on December 16, 1977 at the Grace Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario. The adoption was done privately and I went to live with my adoptive parents right from the hospital, on Dec. 23, 1977. I believe my birth name was Kerry-Ann (not sure of the spelling though). I weighted 6lbs and was possibly born prematurely. I am searching for any member of my birth family.
