Am looking for my birth mother I was born in Memphis Tn Oct.1967. Am female the only birtcert.I have seen has the parents that adopted me on it.It was a closed adoption ,they have now passed away.I'm of mixed race I think I have contacted DCS to get my records but they can not be released becouse the biological mother was a victim of rape or incest.Please if you read this I just wont to know if I have any other sisters or brothers.We don't have to meet or have any contact,This is so hard for me finding out 41yrs later when I was just requesting my birthcert.I do not know what my birth name was.....UPDATE 11-9-09 i got am email from someone stateing that she might be my sister and that it is 4 girls she said the mother would not talk about it and she is white pls.if anyone has any info pls email me | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
