We are looking for information about Richard Halpin (born approximately 1920, most likely near Limerick), who immigrated to the United States most likely in his 20's and died in a car accident in approximately 1946, most likely in New York area. He had a son, Peter, (born in the US) who was two when Richard died. Richard was married to a woman from England. She died a few years after Richard, and son, Peter, was adopted by Dunning family.
