My Father's name was Richard Francis Mitchell. My birthplace was San Diego California at Mercy Hospital. The adoption was handled by the Children's Home Society. My birth certificate was amended to Ellen Marie Mattey Underwood as the name of my mother. The amended name of my father's name as James Thomas Underwood Jr. My birth name was Victoria Francis Mitchell. The first name might have been spelled Vicky.
