Query Text:

Hi, I am looking for the name of a Suggs who married a Rachel McDonald (McDannel) about 1858. They had a daughter by the name of Nancy in 1861. After Suggs' death (before the birth of their daughter), Rachel returned to her parent's home. I presume "Suggs" lived in either Missouri or Illinois since I believe Rachel's parents lived in Pike County Missouri. Family rumor is that this "unknown" Suggs was of Indian or Negro descent.
