Tompkins-Looking for mother, father, siblings or other relatives.I was born Linda Jean Tompkins, in 1947, in Indiana. I am assuming in Indianapolis. On my birth certificate it states my mother is from Kentucky and my father was from Indiana. My mother was 28 at the time of my birth and my father was 30.
