Searching for birthdaughter, born at Hall Co Hosp,(now called the N.E. Georgia Medical Center Hosp) in Gainesville, Georgia. 8 lbs 2 ozs, at birth, with abundant dark brown hair, dark blue eyes. Born at 1:50 a.m. on february 21, 1972. Leap year. Single birth, white female. Dr. McCrum was the delivering doctor. He filed the original Hospital birth certificate on March 24, 1972. Elizabeth Moon registered this birth certificate on March 31, 1972. Only birthmom's name Jannette LeBlanc, is on that birth certificate. Birthmom put up child for adoption at a local Adoption Agency, in Hall Co, Georgia. Adoption might have taken place at the Holiday Inn in Suwanee Georgia, not far from Atlanta Georgia. Birthdaughter might have stayed with the Morris foster family in Gainesville Georgia, prior to being adopted to adoptive parents. Might have been placed in a military home. Daughter might've grown up in Augusta, Georgia. Or moved to South Carolina. I was 17 years old, unwed and birthfather and I were no longer together. I have dark brown hair and green eyes and birthfather has dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was 20 years old. We were both from Canada and living in Ga at that time. He was a carpenter working in Atlanta. On original Adoption Papers I wrote the name baby Lisa Michelle LeBlanc, however, name was likely changed upon adoption? Birthmom is Jannette LeBlanc and birthfather is Dean Garnett. Birthdaughter needs to be made aware of Important Medical Information relating to birthmom and grandmother. I hope to find you very soon.
