I am searching for my son's biological brother. His birth Mom and Dad are from Nfld, the first child would have been 1987, my son was born in Halifax at the Grace Maternity,on April 14,1989 He was a twin but the other was stillborn. He was named Matthew Russell on the adoptive notice. His birth parents did not want their parents to know he was born. His birth mother's parents were raising the brother.
