I was born 11-5-53 at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital in Tulsa, OK My birth mother's first name was Natalie. My adoptive parents names were William Eugene and Helen Geraldine Wood. They managed a church camp which, at the time was called Camp Parthenia, now Camp Loughridge near the Turner Turnpike gate in Tulsa. Dr. B. B. Baker delivered me and I was taken home by my adoptive parents Bill and Helen Wood. Five years down the road they adopted a son, Lloyd Paul Wood from a misssionary friend who served in Pakistan. I was told that I had siblings from my birth parents. I would love to know what heppened to Natalie. I took her a graduation announcement from Daniel Webster H.S. as I wanted her to know that I made it through school. My adoptive parents are gone now, and my three children and I would like to know more about my beginnings as a friend of my AP's. Natalie lived directly across the road from the church camp. I am now 55 years old and my health is not great and I would love to know any medical information that might prove helpful. I work in Tulsa, live in Sperry, and I'm the music director, pianist and organist at my church in Collinsville, OK. If you have any information that would be helpful, please do not hesitate to contact me at my daughter's email address. I do not have access to the internet as of yet, so she is doing what she can to help me out. Thanking you in advance, Mary E. M. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
