Re: Willie A. (WALDEN) Wray -- Manor, Travis County, Texas We have no known family in Texas at this time. So, I have no one to contact regarding this inquiry. For many years, I have been trying to locate information regarding the gravesite of my Paternal Grandmother's Mother-- Willie A. (WALDEN) Wray DOB: 19 October 1869, in Rutherford County, TN DOD: 21 May 1895, in Manor, Travis County, TX POBurial: Manor, TX...Cemetery unknown Married: Albert Sidney WRAY in Rutherford County, Tennessee. Willie and Albert Sidney had 2 children: 1) Sammie Crockett (WRAY) Burns married Roscoe BURNS in Tennessee, 5 issue, all resided in TN. 2) Eth Reed WRAY married Frances America (SWANN) Wray, 4 issue, most resided in TX. Willie was pregnant with 3rd baby when she died. Albert Sidney WRAY and Willie were building a new house. She was at the building site and lost her balance on some scaffolding. She died from her injuries. Her husband moved back to TN afterwards. We can not prove it, but we think her middle name was Arzella, after her mother. Sometimes she went by her nickname, "Billie". I would love an Obituarary, Death Certificate, location of burial, photo of gravesite --ANYTHING! We have nothing. My grandmother was small when her mother died, all of them are gone and Willie's site has never been visited, nor located. My grandmother never got to go back to Texas, after returning back to Tennessee with her father, to tend to her Mother's grave. Our family seeks resolution to this mystery. I don't know what else to do. As for a death certificate, all records keep coming back as "NOT FOUND." We would appreciate any and all help. Thanks! G. M. Burns-Harrison
