I'm looking for my birth mother and father. I am very sick and need medical records. The last name called at the adoption hearing was baby girl Hubble. This may be my birth mother's maiden name, her married name (she married another man 3 months prior to my birth) or it may be the birth father's name. I was born on September 30, 1962 @ 5:09 am, in Moline IL. Birth wt. was 7lb. 11oz. I was placed for adoption with Bethany Home in Moline IL. My Mother was 5'1" 110lbs Brown/Black hair/brown eyes Nationality/Syrian/Scotch/Irish. She worked as an office worker in an ice cream store. Only birth parents and their parents knew of the pregnancy. She was the youngest child of three. She was 19 yrs. old in 1962, and had a brother 21yrs and sister 25yrs. Her father age 45 yrs Nationality Scotch/Irish , mother 43 yrs Nationality/Syrian also in 1962. Grandfather and brother worked in an appliance store. Birth father 22 yrs old, 6'2" 200lbs., blonde curly hair,blue eyes. He quit school in ninth grade to help on the farm after his father was killed in farm accident.
