I am looking for two foster daughters that were in our care several years ago. At the time their names were Heather Dawn Ledford and Jessica Marie Ledford, but shortly after being with us they were adopted in Missouri by Dan and Sharon Clark. The girls had a brother named Toby Ledford, who was living in Kirksville at the time the girls were in foster care. Dan was in the military and at one time the girls lived in Germany.
